We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people with an interest in Wildlife Conservation to join our team of Membership-Recruiters.

Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Ltd
Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Limited is a company, wholly owned by a partnership of 8 Wildlife Trusts. The company was formed in 2013 to provide face-to-face (F2F) membership recruitment services for the members of the company.

The 8 Wildlife Trusts that make up Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Ltd cover the 14 counties listed below and we are interested to hear from applicants in any of these:

  • Buckinghamshire
  • Oxfordshire
  • Bedfordshire
  • Cambridgeshire
  • Northamptonshire
  • Hertfordshire
  • Middlesex
  • West Midlands
  • Leicestershire
  • Rutland
  • Warwickshire
  • Lincolnshire

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people with an interest in Wildlife Conservation to join our team of Membership-Recruiters.

As a Membership Recruiter you will attend a variety of pre-booked venues, shows, and events with our Wildlife Trust promotional stand where you will engage with members of the public and encourage people to support our conservation work by becoming members of Wildlife Trusts.

Interested in becoming a Membership Recruiter?

  • You will enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, but will also be happy to work on an individual basis.
  • Ideally you will have experience of face-to-face sales, customer service, promotions, or fundraising, though training will be provided.
  • You will be self-motivated, with good time management skills, and you will be able to work between 3-6 days per week, including some weekends and Bank Holidays
  • (Hours are flexible, usually between 9.30am-5.30pm. Days are agreed on an individual basis).
  • You will have your own transport (car or van) and will be willing to travel to venues within a one hour radius of your home with the stand material.
  • You will be confident in generating support for key Conservation projects, such as the Water Vole Recovery Project, which has lost a staggering 95% of its range since 1900. (Full training on projects provided.)

This role is offered on a casual basis as determined by the availability of local bookings and events, though we can usually offer the number of days requested by individual recruiters.

The working hours and days are flexible, and can be adapted around other studies, work or hobbies.
