We're seeking an experienced volunteer manager to work on the strategic development, management and administration of the volunteer programme at Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.

Can you?

  • Deliver our volunteer strategy
  • Recruit, induct, nurture & monitor our volunteers
  • Advocate volunteering across Warwickshire Wildlife Trust and externally
  • And organise and manage volunteer data

You'll work closely with the Development Director and staff across our organisation in delivering an effective volunteering programme and the volunteering strategy. Our current staff:volunteer ratio by hours is 2:1. So the aim of this role is to support staff to efficiently manage existing volunteers plus develop and grow volunteering activity.

You'll have a key role in supporting staff across the Trust, leading the development of new volunteering engagement programmes and supporting an existing programme of volunteer recruitment, development and support. 

If you have a broad mixture of skills built on wide, hands-on experience of managing volunteers this could be the job for you!
