We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join the Tame Valley Wetlands (Landscape Partnership) Scheme. For more information visit www.discovertamevalley.com.

The job will involve overseeing the development and delivery of a youth programme to engage young people in a wide range of positive activities. The Youth Engagement Officer’s work will provide young people with a greater appreciation for the local heritage, the knowledge and skills to look after the land in a sustainable way, and develop firm foundations for young people’s future lives in the area.

The role is funded through the Heritage Lottery Fund for 3 years (fixed-term contract) and will be located at the Tame Valley Wetlands Office, Hams Hall Environmental Centre, Coleshill, North Warwickshire B46 1GA. It will involve lone working, with regular travel across North Warwickshire and Tamworth. Access to your own vehicle is required (mileage reimbursed).
