• In a report published by The Wildlife Trusts in November 2015, a YouGov poll of parents and children found that 37% of children had not played outside by themselves in the last six months, and that 78% of parents were concerned that children don’t spend enough time interacting with nature and wildlife. [see note 3 below]

  • On Sunday 24th April, Warwickshire Wildlife Trust’s Karl Curtis will be taking on the London Marathon, in an effort to raise money to reconnect children with nature.

  • During the School Easter Holidays, Brandon Marsh Nature Centre, Brandon Lane, Coventry, CV3 3GW and The Parkridge Centre, Brueton Park, Solihull, B91 3HW, will be offering a fantastic range of entertaining holiday education activities for 4 - 9 year olds with special drop-in activities, as well as special Tots events for the younger ones.
