Update on access to nature reserves

Update on access to nature reserves

Daniel Loveard

Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Sunday the 10th of May we are pleased to hear that nationally we are now in a position to ease some of the lockdown measures rightly introduced to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

However, as Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve and the Parkridge Centre are centres which incorporate retail and catering establishments, they remain closed until further notice. The associated reserves also remain closed.

We do not want these sites to become places of transmission of the virus and we need to continue to play our part in helping combat the global pandemic.

Please continue to enjoy our other nature reserves that remain open and accessible whilst sticking to the latest Government guidance in relation to COVID-19.

We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this period and will ensure our supporters are made aware of when things are reopened as soon as possible. We really appreciate your continued support - especially through the last few weeks of lockdown.

For updates and information on our response to the changing situation please keep an eye on this website and follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
