Churches and Cemeteries Flowers and Wildlife Survey Form
Our churchyards and cemeteries are often rich in wildflowers and wildlife. Please collect records of these for your local site by using the survey form below.
Where do I submit my completed survey forms?
Send your completed forms at the end of the flowering season to the Warwickshire Biological Record Centre, Ecological Services, Warwickshire County Council, PO Box 43, Warwick, CV34 4SX, or scan and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warwickshire Biological Records Centre (WBRC) is a separate organisation from Warwickshire Wildlife Trust. The data that you submit will be used by them. For more information about this, please contact Warwickshire Biological Records Centre.
The WBRC contains information on species distribution and ecological sites in Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull – for which it is the most comprehensive data bank of species and habitat records in the County.
You might like to record butterflies at the same time using Butterfly Conservation’s Churchyard Butterfly Monitoring Form.
