Invitation to Tender – The Sherbourne Valley Project Website

Warwickshire Wildlife Trust are commissioning a web design company to undertake design, production and maintenance of a new website for the NLHF funded The Sherbourne Valley Project. We expect anyone tendering to have good knowledge about the Sherbourne Valley Project (check out the website to find out more).

The work:

Work and sequencing

1.    Creation of an innovative project website, with a 3D homepage menu system, with great usability, optimised and integrated resources such as maps, videos, audio and educational tools.

2.    Supply of the completed website, and training of project staff in how to operate and edit.

3.    Ongoing maintenance of the website, including hosting and technical support until the end of 2026.

Online, besides interview and inception meeting at Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve (CV3 3GW)

Maximum fee

£15,000 + VAT

 

Key dates (subject to change): We require tenders to be returned by 1st July 2023.

  • The shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview at Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve during the week of 17th July.
  • The successful contractor will be appointed and the contract for the work will commence by 1st August 2023.
  • We require the constructed website to go live and training to be completed by October 2023.
  • We will require technical support until the end of the NLHF funding in December 2026.
