If you are an existing member who has renewed or are due to renew your membership

We are incredibly grateful for your continued support during this time. Thank you.

Renewals

Please read the following information and contact us directly should you have any questions.

  • We are still able to bank cheques but the banking of these will be a little less structured than usual. Therefore, payment may take longer than normal to appear on your statement. If your renewal is due, we are able to process credit or debit card renewal payments either online at www.warwickshirewildlifetrust.org.uk, or by calling us on 024 7630 8972. Please contact us for more information on how to do this.
  • If you are able, please consider renewing by Direct Debit as we are still able to process Direct Debit payments, and can set this up quickly and securely over the phone. Paying by Direct Debit enables you to spread your usual annual payment into smaller monthly contributions, which may be of help at the current time. It also significantly reduces our administration costs, which means more of your contribution can be spent directly on vital conservation work.

If you would like to set up regular Direct Debit payments, please phone us on 024 7630 8972 or email us to request a call back.

Cancellations

  • If you are considering cancelling your membership due to the current circumstances, please do contact us first, as we’d like to get through this together.
  • We recognise how important nature is for our wellbeing, and plan to send out regular updates for things you can do from home, or in your garden. If you have not provided us with your email address and would like to receive these communications, please contact us on 024 7630 8972 or email us.

A sincere thank you again for sticking with us at this difficult time. We hope your membership provides you with inspiration and some wonderful ideas for you to continue your wild journey from home.
