Woodland Wellbeing course
Thanks to funding from the European Social Fund, we are pleased to be offering ‘Woodland Wellbeing’ courses.
Woodland Wellbeing is a FREE 8-week course for anyone over 18 who is unemployed and aiming to re-enter employment or education.
Run in a peaceful woodland setting at Hams Hall Environmental Studies Centre, Coleshill, we will support participants to develop the soft skills needed to succeed in the work place all whilst working in nature, benefitting nature and learning how nature can help us feel well.
Opportunities on the course include:
- Nature conservation tasks using hand tools
- Fire lighting using natural materials and techniques
- Cooking outdoors
- Natural crafts
- Shelter and hammock building

Funding supports organisations in Coventry & Warwickshire and Leeds City Region to help unemployed people move towards employment, training or education.
