My Wild Life: Outdoor Yoga

Join us for an evening of outdoor Yoga, surrounded by the sights and sounds of Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve. With a focus on quietening your mind and connecting with nature, this session is open to all abilities. A breeze can help deepen your breathing, the warm sun can help you deepen poses and a ladybird can invite you to focus on something small and still. These special outdoor sessions will help us deepen our connection to nature and to ourselves. The class will be led by local yoga teacher Verity Thompson. Verity teaches a dynamic, flowing style of yoga; sessions are both fun and challenging, and include pranayama (breath work), mindfulness and relaxation. This is an intimate session, so book early to reserve your place.
Note: We have an indoor option with candles in case of inclement weather so the class won’t be cancelled.
